Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

For all orders made on www.loxwood.fr, packages are normally prepared within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We process orders from Monday to Friday. We will ship your order within 3 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times then depend on the delivery method chosen.

Products available for sale can be delivered to mainland France and the following countries:

Deliveries will be made to the address entered when placing the order.

For mainland France, we offer three choices of delivery method:

Home delivery

Your order will be delivered to your hands or your mailbox. If the package is too large to be left in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest post office branch.

COLISSIMO DELIVERY TO A PICKUP POINT

Delivery to a pickup point

Get delivered in one of our relay pickup or Pickup Station among 8 000 relay everywhere in France.

Delivery the day after your order is sent, available for collection after 1 pm from the pickup point of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS when your order arrives at the pickup point.

COLISSIMO DELIVERY TO A POST-OFFICE

Delivery to a post-office

Get delivered among one of our 10 000 post-offices everywhere in France.

Delivery the day after your order is sent, available for collection after 1 pm from the post-office of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS when your order arrives at the post-office.

FOR INTERNATIONAL, WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY OPTION :

COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL (Europe)

HOME DELIVERY : Your order will be delivered to your hands or your mailbox. If the package is too large to be left in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest post office branch.

Delivery costs are shown in the “DELIVERY” stage whilst placing the order. They are as follows:

Under 100.00 €: With COLISSIMO DOMICILE or POINT RELAIS = 10.00€
From 100.00 €: With COLISSIMO DOMICILE or POINT RELAIS = FREE OF CHARGE

TARIFFS:

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the EEC zone may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties, which must be paid on delivery. These customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, who will have to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.

Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of your order.

How can I get a refund or credit note?

You must make a return request on your account in the "MY ORDERS" section. Returns from mainland France are free for orders over €100, after your return request, we will send you the delivery label by email which will be printed and stuck on your package.

For returns from other countries, return your items to the following address:

In order to benefit from your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund for your purchase, please respect the following conditions:

You must complete an online return request within 14 business days of the delivery date. If you do not meet this deadline, your request will be refused.
Be presented in its original packaging, new and labeled.
The products must not be damaged or have been used.
A copy of the delivery note must be attached to your return.

After checking that the product has been returned in a suitable condition, we will refund the bank card or Paypal account used when placing the order within 15 days.

How can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted within the limits of available stocks. You can exchange only for the same model, in a different size or color and for an equivalent amount. We also undertake to exchange your item in the event of non-compliance of the product on our part.

You can't exchange a product directly by our website. If you want to, you will have to return the product and then place a new order.
