We reserve the right to cancel any orders made by customer subject to payment disputes concerning previous orders.

Bank card details are not saved on our website. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (opposition, sender centre rejection, etc.), the sums due are not able to ve debited, the order will not be saved by the company.
We will deliver to the address of your choosing (your home, place of work, etc.) in mainland France and Europe.
Your order will be processed once it has been confirmed, from Monday to Friday.
The average delivery time is 3-7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation, unless specific delivery times have been agreed upon. Additionally, during certain periods (particularly during sales and promotion periods), orders may take longer to process if a larger number of orders are being placed.

Deliveries are managed by an independent delivery company. Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered.

Nonetheless, if the product is not delivered within 12 days of the estimated delivery date stated in the order confirmation, for any reason other than force majeure, you may cancel the order. You will then be refunded the full amount paid.
Customers are obliged to check the condition of the product upon its receipt. In the event of non-conformity or any obvious defect, you have 7 days from delivery to make a claim; after this period, the product will be understood to be compliant and exempt from any apparent defects.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the EEC zone may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which must be paid on delivery. These customs duties are the responsibility of the customer who will have to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.
Returns: You may return one or more items within 14 working days from the date the order is received in exchange for a replacement product, credit note or refund.
The cost of returns are free if the shipment is made from France (concerns only products with a value of €100 and over), otherwise the cost associated with returns areshall be borne by the customer.
A copy of the delivery note must be sent with the return.
The customer is responsible for providing proof of this return, meaning that items should be returned by registered post or by any other means capable of providing proof of a specific return date, with the return costs and risks remaining the customer’s responsibility.

After checking that the product has been returned in a suitable condition, we will refund the bank card or Paypal account used when placing the order within 15 days.
Exchanges: Products may be exchanged, subject to available stock, only for the same model in a different colour or size at the same price or in the event that a product does not conform to the product description. LOXWOOD will bear the subsequent delivery costs for exchanges. After checking that the product has been returned in a suitable condition (the product is new, unworn, in its original packaging and with labels still attached), we will refund the bank card used when placing the order within 30 days. Articles that are returned incomplete, stained, damaged, worn or dirty due to the customer’s actions will not be refunded.

The Loxwood gift card is a virtual card that generates a unique discount code entered by recipients when placing an order on the website www.loxwood.fr
The gift card amount will be immediately deducted from the order total.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used on our website www.loxwood.fr.
They will not be subject to refunds (full or partial).
